All payments made for the services availed, paid through the digital services provided by JHARKHAND INDUSTRIES AND TRADE ASSOCIATION (the “Client”) are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. It is the sole responsibility of the user to review and understand the eligibility criteria before submitting any application or renewal request. No refund shall be granted in the event a user later determines that they are ineligible for availing the services. This refund policy has been formulated by the Client and shall be binding on all users. All terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Jharkhand.
